Hello West Chester!
Go Phillies!! It's going to be a great week for Philly fans as our team fights for the crown and a new Phillies' Dynasty. After the last pitch of the last game, there will be a celebration of the Phillies season in Lawrence Parking lot! While details are still secretive, it's going to be a great party - so be there!
Please be aware that any student rioting or seen encouraging rioters will be expelled from the University if found guilty. This is the last way we want to celebrate a Phillies victory, so please think twice!
There is a new link on the WCU events page (found by clicking on Events on the WCU homepage) called What's Happening at WCU. This page lists all of the upcoming events this week that are sponsored by student organizations. Student organizations can submit their events to the Public Relations committee of the Student Government Association. Check out this page for great upcoming events!
Congratulations to the cast and crew of The Rocky Horror Show! The performance was hysterical! Selling out the entire final weekend is but a small testament to their talents!
"Bruno" is playing this week in Sykes, Thursday through Saturday night at 8 p.m. & 12 a.m. and Sunday night at 8 p.m., sponsored by the Student Activity Council. Movie times and the future schedule can be found at iws.wcupa.edu/SAC.
Congratulations to our Men's and Women's Soccer teams who won games this week against Philadelphia University and Chestnut Hill, respectively! Good luck to our Women's Soccer team as they compete is the PSAC Playoffs and our Men's and Women's Cross Country teams as they compete in the NCAA East Regionals! Make us proud!
