Every year the historic spa town of Ladek Zdroj, Poland, hosts an International Dance Festival.

The Festival provides individuals from all over the world with the opportunity to broaden his or her dance education, learn about other cultures, join others in dance, sightseeing, and spa treatments that contribute to physical and mental well-being.

This year the Festival is being held from July 2 - July 12 and registration is coordinated by Cultural Interchanges.

Participants have the opportunity to study a variety of dance styles, including: ballet, Latin jazz, various modern techniques, Irish, salsa, flamenco, African, Indian, Gypsy, Syrian, hip hop, break-dancing, dramatic pantomime, yoga, Tai Chi, and many others.

Because most of the classes are offered from beginning through advanced levels, this festival is perfect for anyone wishing to expand their dance repertoire, try something new, improve certain areas, or try dance for the very first time.

Ladek Zdroj, located in southern Poland is the perfect setting for focused study and performance.

Its world-renowned spa treatments and natural warm mineral springs are the perfect ways to rejuvenate the mind and body

Cultural Interchanges, under the direction of Jerzy Golek and Karen Harlin, is an organization which strives to create opportunities for people to experience other cultures through the performing arts.
